Terms of Service
The conditions for using the preview and account features.

Using the service
By using the site, you agree to these terms. The service includes AI video generation through Metaso MiniMax-H3, subject to configured generation, storage and payment services. You must sign in to generate.
Your photos and permission
Only use a photo you are entitled to use. The person pictured must be an adult who agrees to appear. Do not upload content that infringes privacy, intellectual property or other rights. Do not use the service for harassment, impersonation, fraud or unlawful content.
You keep your rights in your uploaded photo. Using the service does not grant ownership of another person's likeness or of music, brands or third-party material.
Accounts
Provide accurate registration details, protect your credentials, and take responsibility for activity under your account. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or disrupt the service.
Reference media and results
The sample portrait and video illustrate a bicep heart gesture. They are reference material, not proof that a generated result will match your photo. AI output can vary, including facial likeness, hands, posture and timing. Do not present an AI-generated clip as evidence that a real person performed an action.
Generation uses 5 seconds in the standard channel, with a choice of 768P, 1K (1080p), or 2K according to your video pack. We do not promise a music track or the absence of hidden AI identifiers. Additional durations and channels are not offered.
Packages and payments
Each account can try one free 5-second 768P video. One-time packs cost $4.90 USD for 3 videos, $9.90 for 10, or $19.90 for 30. There is no subscription and unused video credits do not expire. Free and 3-video pack credits cover 768P; the 10- and 30-video packs also cover 1K and 2K. Checkout is available only when generation, storage and payment services are configured.
One video credit is reserved when a task is created. A confirmed failure or cancellation returns that credit once. A successful video uses the reserved credit. A network interruption may leave the submission unconfirmed: keep the record and contact support before creating a replacement. Credit returns are not cash refunds. Contact support about payment-refund requests; applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
Availability
Features may change as the project is developed. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular creative result. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
Independent project
This project is not affiliated with TikTok or the reference creator. Do not infer their endorsement. Use reference assets only within the rights that apply to them, and label generated media appropriately when sharing.
