Choosing a photo previews it on your device. Generating uploads it to our storage and sends its URL and your prompt to Metaso. Media URLs can be opened by anyone with the link. Uploads and generated videos have no automatic deletion schedule; contact support for deletion requests. A sign-in draft has a 30-minute local recovery window and is cleared after recovery or when an expired draft is next read. See the Privacy Policy.

Choose a clear, well-lit portrait of one consenting adult, with the face, shoulders and both arms visible. Use a photo you have permission to share. JPG, PNG and WebP up to 10 MB are accepted; the image must be at least 300 pixels wide.

Each account gets one free 5-second 768P video. Paid packs cost $4.90 for 3, $9.90 for 10, or $19.90 for 30 videos. They are one-time purchases; unused credits never expire.

The generator and pricing cards show whether they are accepting requests. Sign in to generate; each account includes one free 5-second 768P video. 1K and 2K use credits from a 10- or 30-video pack. If a service is unavailable, contact support before uploading or paying.

Check the task in My videos. Confirmed failed or cancelled tasks return the reserved video credit once. A timeout can leave a submission unconfirmed; check the existing task before starting again. A returned video credit is separate from a payment refund.

First-frame image mode uses your source photo’s aspect ratio. Start with a vertical portrait for vertical framing, leaving room for the face and both arms. Text-to-video Auto uses 16:9; you can select 9:16 in text mode. Review your completed video before sharing it.

The photo workflow starts with a bicep-heart motion prompt already filled in. Add your portrait and confirm permission to use it. You can edit the prompt in Advanced settings. AI-generated faces, hands and movement can still vary.

The sample is a fixed AI reference. It does not change with your upload and is not the result generated from your photo. We do not guarantee matching movement, facial likeness, timing or music. Check your finished clip before posting it.
